I have worked in the mental health field for twenty four years and believe my role is to assist clients in healing, understanding their emotions, and uncovering their own wisdom. My specialties include relationship dynamics, post-divorce/break-up healing and growth, women's identity development, perinatal and postnatal changes, step-parenting, chronic mental illness, and the impact of substance abuse on relationships.

In addition to being a relationship therapist, I have managed a large outpatient mental health clinic in Los Angeles, CA. I've also supervised therapy interns, provided crisis response services, worked closely with psychiatrists, and participated in a dual diagnosis (mental health and substance abuse) panel. I have experience working in community mental health clinics for both children and adults.

I am an interactive therapist who provides support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address life challenges. With compassion and understanding, I tailor my therapy to meet the individual needs of each client.
